Terms of Service

1. Services

Arctyk Vision provides local search optimization services including proximity grid scanning, competitor analysis, Google Business Profile content generation, and profile optimization. Services are delivered on a subscription or agreed pilot basis.

2. Subscription & Billing

• Our standard plan is billed monthly at $1,000 per location.
• Payment is processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
• You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.

3. Google Business Profile Access

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you represent that you are authorized to grant access for the selected business location and you authorize Arctyk Vision to access that profile through Google's official OAuth 2.0 system. You may revoke this access at any time in your Google Account settings. We will never ask for your Google password.

During the early launch period, generated GBP posts, Q&A, and similar actions are staged for human/admin approval before publication. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content for accuracy, legality, brand fit, and compliance with Google policies before it is published.

4. Content Ownership

All content generated by Arctyk Vision for your Google Business Profile is owned by you upon publication. We retain the right to use aggregated or anonymized patterns and insights derived from scans to improve our service, provided they do not identify you or your customers.

5. Limitations of Liability

Arctyk Vision provides tools and content to assist your local search optimization. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, revenue, or business outcomes. Local search rankings are influenced by many factors outside our control.

AI-generated analysis and content may contain errors or omissions. Treat drafts and recommendations as business-support material that requires human review before use.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, keep account access secure, use the service lawfully, and avoid submitting content that infringes rights, is misleading, or violates platform policies. You are responsible for maintaining any required business licenses, permissions, and approvals for your own marketing claims.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment, abuse of the platform, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless legally required to retain it longer.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
